Okay, so the last time I was this MIA, we were 14 weeks pregnant. Clearly life got hectic, as I was only 28 weeks in my last post.

I am now about three weeks postpartum, and 2019 looks like it is shaping up for big moves and big goals! I created this blog for a couple reasons. One, I really wanted to share my journey into motherhood and since I love to write, I thought this would be a great platform for me. Second, I wanted to find a community of parents that could share their own experiences and journeys with me. Understanding that we may have differing opinions on things, there is nothing wrong with constructive dialogue on the many topics that are involved in being a parent.

With that being said, I am boldly moving forward into 2019 with the intent to post regularly and update my experiences on the blog. I truly hope to have engagement from parents in all schools of thought, and hope to have healthy and productive dialogue.

Parenthood is an awfully big adventure, and I have heard from many people that it is important to have a large support network. I am extremely excited to hear from all of you and cannot wait to see this network grow!
